Hello and a happy new year everyone!
Well, the title says it all really. I have the lifetime-updates-reward and got FF4 recently. Where do I get the new key to activate it? Thanks in advance  |

FF team sent me an email with a link to upgrade FF4 and after, they sent me the key by email. I think that you must email FF and explain your problem.

If it makes you feel better, I haven't received my key yet either. I contacted them and they sent me a link...prize claim link. I haven't got the key yet but that's only been a couple of days ago.

pixel8ted, if you have filled in the registration form you should get an automated email with your key. Please check your spam folder.

I checked again. No automated email with key in spam filter. I even went through my settings to double check that FF is white listed. Contact email with case number and link to fill out was on Dec 30. Should I contact support again?
Edit...went ahead and sent support another email. |

I now got an email with the prize claim link too now (after a support request). I've checked again, but I haven't got an original one in the first place, I searched all spam-folders and accounts.
Oh well, I filled out the form now and hope for my new key in the next days... Thanks to you guys at FF for such an quick and uncomplicated support  |

Support is awesome! They sent me my key this a.m...said mine was marked as sent so glad I emailed them again.
