Filter Forge - License Key Too Long?

FemmeDraven FemmeDraven Posts: 10	Just purchased Filter Forge and every time I enter the License Name and the License Key, I get a message that says License name or key is too long. I am copying and pasting the name and key from my receipt, so there's no chance a typo has occurred. Not very happy about this. Has anyone had to contact customer service in the past and if so, how long does it usually take for them to help?

FemmeDraven FemmeDraven Posts: 10	And never mind. I had to download the trial version of 4.0 and then it allowed me to use the license key.
