getting the program in my computer

I have written you so many times...that I have not been able to get it in my computer i have given all the purchase # and sent ever little bit of information I could to help..but you have ignored everything I was planning on going on to 4 when I could. I am an artist and was so thrilled to have found you ...and know I can't get it in my computer..it keeps giving the same old picture...you told me to go into help to go fr om the trial to the front page and look for help...there was never help on the front page ..please help me

I forgot to say I thought maybe if I uninstalled it , I could start all over, well that sure didn't work...actually it sits in my computer under features and programs and it says filterforge..3000 ....................as all other of my programs they got to the other place wh ere it shows that it has been entered...that does not show there..I sent that part to you...you also have recieved so much from..and kept telling me over and over to do the same thing..please help me and if you could it in for me that would be good...my subscription will be over before you know it..thank you so much for your help
