Just wondering if FF adverts will appear in any national U.S. magazines, and if so, which ones and what month(s) ? Be fun to see it at the grocery store is all.

You mean magazines (printed paper things) or stores/shops (physical places where you buy stuff)?
If you mean magazines, yes, we've contacted a number of them and reviews will appear in the upcoming issues. As for stores, Filter Forge is not the kind of product a retail store would want, because of the shelf space scarcity, but specialty stores might be interested. We'll see. |

I'm hoping to see posts about FF final being released on the large and highly frequented CG related forums. Already seen one on CGTalk...
And how about entering the lion's den and posting on the Spiralgraphics forums, hehe... --- Crapadilla says: "Damn you, stupid redundant feature requests!" ;) |

I tried to register on the SpiralGraphics forums during the beta days -- they won't let me in. There was a factual error in one of the posts about Filter Forge there, and I wanted to correct it, but my registration confirmation never arrived. |

Well, it might be worth the effort to visit the major cg community and software developer forums and post a news item here and there...

I remember some beta-testers here were also Genetica users and active on the Spiralgraphics forums. Maybe someone is willing to help out there... --- Crapadilla says: "Damn you, stupid redundant feature requests!" ;) |

----Cool, reviews are always interesting to read (and usually good for sales and/or product awareness in general). Are you doing any (paid for) ads in the magazines too ? jffe Filter Forger |

Yes, but later. We'll set up online ads first -- they are easier to track ROI for. |
