Problems with loading June 27 1.001 version

Everything was fine with March 1.00 version, tried to load 6/27 (oops I'm American) version. Fails indicating a Vulkan or driver error. My drivers are up to date. Didn't know Vulkan was involved. Do the devs respond to bug reports???
