I installed the beta one and upon launch I receive "License information is invalid!". I downloaded the executable today and installed, there was no mention of a license anywhere and it didn't matter whether I was logged into this site or not. How can I enter a license when it won't launch to let me enter license info?

Go to this download page and install the updated program. The beta is no longer valid since FF 13 has been released.

I have FF 13 installed; I'm having issues with Ultraforge.

I guess they aren't monitoring forums and support went silent after I explained I can't enter the key because the program won't launch.
What won't work is uninstalling both Ultraforge and Filterforge and manually removing every UF/FF key I could find in the registry. Clean install on reboot, same issue. |

If Ultraforge won't launch this is a different issue not related to licensing.

Makes sense, but that's the only message I received. I will check the event log, but beyond that I am out of ideas.

I'm confused, if the error code is "License information is invalid!" how is that not a licensing issue?
I also can't use the beta because it expired, but I paid. Is there a heads up on a release date or any news that might help us? |

"License information is invalid!" is a licensing issue while "I can't enter the key because the program won't launch" is not.
If you have paid you're eligible for a beta key. Contact the support team to receive it. The commercial release in planned within a month. |

I looked into the event viewer, nothing there to help figure out why it won't launch. I was looking to buy it, but not when it won't run.
