I preordered Ultraforge, but have just found out that my computer is not strong enough / have room enough for running it. Can I get my money back or is that just it?
I am still interested in the program. But don't know when I can afford to buy a bigger computer - or if I ever can afford that - so would love to get my money back, but I don't know how to go about that or if it is at all possible. Answers much appreciated, of course  |

Bookwormious, we'll give unconditional refunds while the program is in the beta stage. Please contact the support team with your request.
To anyone else reading this: we strongly recommend you run the system requirements checker tool before downloading or purchasing UF. |
