Well i was trying to positive with my post, i know there was a 3 point threshold but everyone was listed as a winner and also helped the FF community.

Maybe the other testers listed that did not reach the threshold could get a HU point.

Hehe, thanks James, we congratulate you too smile:-p

Yeah, I think it only makes sense to "transfer" the bug points to the reward points counter

Out of curiosity what is a HU point you're suggesting? I'm new to this forum but like the software very much.

I had high hopes winning a license sending in dozens of errors/reports.. There were many late hours of testing.

I regret I did not buy when 60% OFF rather than betatesting, this deeper discount is now gone smile:|

bionic,

an 'HU point' is a (H)igh (U)sage point. if and when a filter becomes 'high use', the author is rewarded with an HU point. 3 points and you are awarded a free filter forge pro copy. if you earn five more over that, you can turn them in for free lifetime upgrades. if you earn 17,965 more over that, you can turn them in for a new cadillac convertible smile;) smile:dgrin: smile:D
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

No thats wrong, Craig - you can turn them in for a new feature. That is what Dilla did; his 17965 points were cashed in for the Depth Map input in the Bomber smile:dgrin:

Just curious hence were no sign of these errors posted in beta forum?
I've also submitted/emailed a fair amount with similar error msg's, I didn't see them very unique & necessary posting.

May i suggest for next beta (v4?) keeping a sticky strictly for debuglogs & a sticky for errors which you cant submit, preferably a changelog sticky, that way testers will know what to submit/what was fixed, in return saving everyones valuable time. (yours incl..) smile;)

Quite a list there Bionic smile:eek: I'm surprised to see little response from FF in the reports. The bugs were probably already reported (they could have told you though..)

Yep.
The beta testing rules stated that you need to provide steps for us to reproduce the error, otherwise the report is of little use to us. We couldn't reproduce any of your reported issues except for the case when you deliberately denied access to the program files.
