If your beta doesn't start please redownload and reinstall

I re-downloaded and re-installed but my previous license (version 3.002) doesn't work.
I have already sent a mail to support team, but however I write this comment in case you could give a quicker answer.

no, that's not right, spaceray. i've only ever needed one key throughout all the various version updates. and i also had to reinstall 3.003 and didnt need a new key. i just downloaded and installed and it worked fine. didnt have to re-enter any keys.

Please The Luca, can you tell me if you are using the Beta 3.0 as trial or do you own already FF 2.0 ?

I am sorry. it´s my error that I did not ask The Luca, if was using a trial version or already own FF 2.0 and was using FF 3.0 beta, OR if is only using FF 3.0 beta and FF 2.0 trial.

Because is not the same, as the beta key for owners of FF is time-unlimited and valid for ALL beta versions, but for FF 3.0 beta trial, is limited to only 30 days and for ONE version only

So you if you have the Beta TRIAL you need to ask for a new key each time a new beta trial is released.

You are absolutely right that YOU did only need ONE beta key for all the versions, Why ? Because you are OWNER already of FF 2.0, so your beta key will NOT expire and will keep valid.

BUT if The Luca is not owner of filter forge, will need to ask for a new key for 3.003.

Please, GMM or any other moderator, correct me if I am wrong because I am not 100% sure about this.

I think that you do not own filter forge, because if you say that the beta key was given for version 3.002 and when upgrading to 3.003 you key does not work anymore is because you are using the trial version and not the time unlimited version of FF 3.0

The outdated version error happens when you try to run the old beta version when the new beta has been released, and if you already have the beta key, it will be recognized and you do not need a new key, but if you are using as trial, you will need to ask for a new key

You're right Spaceray. I don't own FF2 and I receveid a key only for FF3.
However I never have read anywhere that the key receveid is valid for only one month. Probably I didn't understand the logical aspect of the matter but, having or not the key is the same in this case, right? Trial version and Beta key last one month both. ^^''
I thought that the Beta key would be valid at least until FF3 will be released in the final version, Further, I repeat, no one told me this aspect and I read this nowhere. I feel a little strange about this.
However, even if the Beta key lasts for one month, the month isn't past yet and the Beta key has already expired.
So, do you think they'll give me another key or they'll give me a kick in the ass? ^_^'

PS: Question: I am not interested in having everytime the newest version of the program and so on. Is possible to download for free a basic version of FF2 or FF3 Beta that will be mine forever.
If the answer is "no" i'm gonna kill me very slowly to feel the same pain i'm feeling while trying to solve this problem XD XD

Support team asks me if I have a license for FF1 or FF2 to send me a beta key for FF3.
But,wtf, I haven't it and I don't want it. I just want that the beta trial key lasts 30 days as guaranteed in the site. So, if they send me the beta trial key August, 8th and it expired September, 1st this mean they stole me almost a week!
This makes me very angry.
More, the first time I downloaded FF3 I asked the beta key it was because the trial version expired instantly.
I don't think this is a serious behaviour.
I hope someone cracked the program soon so I won't have all these problems anymore.
