Bug-Scrolling through Filter Settings

I'm on a Mac OS 10.6.7 working in standalone FF 3.0 beta. The error occurs when you click on the "settings" tab to the right of "presets". I've noticed that for filters with a lot of independent controls, I'm unable to scroll to view and modify them all. In other words, scrolling doesn't become active if there are more settings than fit in the standard sized tab. To give you a couple of examples, this occurs with the filter "Noise with Image Displacement" (http://filterforge.com/filters/4814.html) - according to the filter description, the last filter control should be "NZ blur"; however I can only view through "NZ stretch". Similarly, for Impressionist - a mod of CF&M's curious paint (http://filterforge.com/filters/7212.html), I can only see through "white brush" and cannot scroll down to view "Selector for B&W".
