How about storing the last 'hovered-over' color in the color clipboard so we can then use 'Paste Color' on any component color swatch? Could be handy for picking colors from an Image component, for example.

Perhaps you could activate the picker whenever a select color dialog is opened. I.e. when the dialog is open, the mouse is a color picker when outside the dialog interface

I was surprised to see that this wasn't already included. Haha, you made a big hoopla about the color picker and then it's mostly useless unless you have a pen and pad of paper handy!

As for functionality, I think a right click "Copy" hotmenu would be most intuitive.
