First off, let me say that I love this new feature. It's fast, and it was badly needed!
![]() Now, off to some suggestions: [*]1. How about making the filter search more configurable? I'm thinking about having a little 'Filter Search Settings' button to the very right of the search entry field (similar to the 'Randomizer Settings' button we already have). For example, I'd like to be able to toggle the following things on and off: - Search 'My Filters' folder - High Usage filters only - Editor's Picks only - Search Keywords only (i.e. don't search filter description) I'm sure we can think of some more... ![]() [*]2. When hovering the mouse pointer over the search entry field, a little balloon window could pop up and display some help on the search syntax. Now, this info will obviously go into the help file, but it would be very handy as a quick pop-up. --- Crapadilla says: "Damn you, stupid redundant feature requests!" ;) |

So, everyone finds the search function to be satisfactory?

In fact regarding the search, why hasn't been implemented into the editor? Why can't we just search for components like you can with ajax? I thought it'd be nice if you just type thre... and it returns you "threshold."
I don't know how FilterForge performs on a Windows machine, but every time I want to quickly access a component, such as the image component, I have to press the i key several times to go through the list of components before I get there. Yes, I'm on a Mac. |

I would like to be able to add my own search terms to a filter so I can categorize is for what I use it for, not what the creator thinks it will be used for.
