Beta 10 - some simple improvements for productivity

Yesterday I installed beta 10.

I like the "Draft" mode: to quickly browse through the filters.
I like doïng this with my keyboard (cursor keys).

However switching between the "filter selection pane" and the "preset selection pane" requires multiple keyboard strokes or a mouse.

In the "filter selection pane" you don't have to use " Enter" to select a filter, in the "preset selection pane" you have to use " Enter".

Suggestions:
1 Add a shortcut key (like F3) to select the "filter selection pane" (focus).
2 Add a shortcut key (like F4) to select the "preset selection pane" (focus).
3 Make it possible tot select a preset in the "preset selection pane" without using "Enter" (if this hasn't unwanted side effects).

This 'll increase the productivity when working with a keyboard (browsing) and 'll enhance the new "draft mode" feature.
