Anyone else having difficulty in contacting help? I have sent 4 emails from the contact page citing my problem entering the license key for 8, I get "License key invalid format" and still no response from the help desk, even when including invoice information.

I can't find a way to reach any form of support. My key is prompting that the key is invalid. I am angry, no problem for them securing their payment but I have a non functional program. They have no adequate means of contact for their customers and that seems no way to run a business.
