photo/perfect picture do 9 sec nothing draw, then draw in few seconds

I have a i5 760 4*2.8 GHZ win 10 64. this happen in preview size actual even when zoom large in and show left top corner. the phot effect can download. the image size is 3888x2592. (10 mp 3:2 format) when i switch to reduced size the effect begin immidiate to draw and it is draw all in 4 sec. when i zoom and let show top left corner then it is draw under 1 sec

Can the image for preview size reduce make 2* larger ?. this is more usefull.currently it is around 776 in width. when it can switch between 1400 or 776 in width is much better.

there is no number that show how much it is zoom. and there is no hotkey that can reach without ctrl that show original image to compare with edit. other photoshop plugins show original when press mouseclick. or with middle button

The reduced preview size is always 600x600 pixels and the actual preview size option is the resolution of the source image or the resolution you have configured in new image menu option

The zoom is just for preview and do not know how much will increase the image when it is used

wy must the reduced preview size always 600x600 since many years. Wy is this not configurable to have larger preview size. maybe problem happen because of cache stall that on full picture it get lots slower because there are many cache misses. my CPU have 8 mb 3. level cache
