The Particle Adapter appears to not be working correctly in this filter, which has 4 Bomber+ components. This is on Mac OSX 10.11.6, FF 6.003 beta. I was about to add the PA to the filter when I noticed this:

And here is the filter. I have not added the PA into the filter yet in this version so you could see how it works. I've tried using the filter with the PA, and it does not work properly, and Size, pixels is a mess.

+1. Here is same filter with the PA added. Leave Portrait/Landscape unchecked to see the results with the PA. You can look at the presets to see what has happened. Also note that if you check the Portrait/Landscape checkbox, the filter works correctly for square and non-square images, but then the filter can not be released because Bomber+ requires the PA if images are used.

I'm looking at the presets and can't see anything unusual. "Does not work" doesn't say anything. Please describe your issue in detail.

My apologies for not being clear. I'll try to state what may be a philosophical discussion...

It is difficult to program with Bomber+ when it comes to 2 things: Lowering Size, pixels & non-square images.

1) The Bomber+ component disqualifies the filter from being submitable if Images are input into the particle inputs without a Particle Adapter. This means that the first 9 presets have to be at the maximum Size, pixels (or Size, pixels must be disabled). Otherwise the Image is tiled, which is not desired in the filter.

The way around this is to have Size, pixels at the max for the first nine presets (or disable it). But then I can not illustrate some functions of the filter. Also I must now have a particle size component added to the filter since Size, pixels must be at the max to work properly with the PA.

The same issue occurs with non-square images. If they are put through the PA into Bomber+, tiling occurs. This is not as critical since none of the built-in images are non-square.

Am I making sense?

Yes, you're making sense and yes, this is a philosophical discussion.

All components, including Bomber+, are suitable for specific purposes and unsuitable for other ones. There are no jack-of-all-trades components. This is a natural course of things.

Many library filters also don't go well with non-square images, and a number of components are inherently non-seamless. Do you really need the Size slider enabled?

Summing up: Bomber+ doesn't have the functionality you need. This is not a bug. I can only suggest you create a custom LUA component that does exactly what you need.
