LEVELS component help link fails

When LEVELS component "Help:" link is selected, the attached error message appears.

BTW - for someone learning the product, these help links and the examples in them are a dream come true!

All help links for updated components are broken. This happens every time we release new components. It will be fixed by the time of commercial release.
