Plugin not installing

Ran FF 6 universal.plugin. PSCC says, "Could not complete your request because Photoshop does not recognized this type of file."

What's up with this?

This file is not an executable, you cannot run it directly.

Please download and run the setup package and follow the onscreen instructions: the setup wizard will prompt you to install a PS plugin.
