[crash?] repeated preset clicking crashes FF5 (Staff: Confirmed)

The way I get to this to crash is as follows:
1) Load the attached filter into FF5
2) Double click the presets, 1 after another, doing this in order, not waiting for the previous preset to draw. Generally it will crash before double clicking on the presets 30 times.

NOTES: This is Mac OS X 10.10.5, Filter Forge 5.004.

There is no Filter Forge universal log file in /private/tmp after this crash. There is a User Diagnostic Report in the form of a crash log, it is attached in the next message.

Yep I see this in FF 4.0014 also, when it is not crashing for other reasons.
