[possible bug] No help files for the new filter manager

I've been through the help file in version 4 and there is nothing there about the new filter manager. I realize it's not too hard to figure out but for a new user it would be good to have a section in the help files that outlines how the filter manager works, and how it can help you organize your filters

YES!!! It would be very good to have some additional text explaining more about the Filter Manager in the Help Pages as for now the only information available is in the Features page

And can be perhaps somewhat confusing at first if you do not know exactly how the Filter MAnager works, I know is not really difficult to guess how it works, but having some more information would be useful and helpful.

I had this problem when creating the folders inside the "Custom Filters" as I did not how it was done and then after some tests I could find and figure out how was the right way

Can´t create more than one storage folder in Custom Filters

and then after some testing and trying to discover what was going wrong

You can create more than one folder if you know how to do it
