Do you mean that you have not received the email confirmation for the upgrade?

The only possible download that is from FF 4.0 is the beta version 2, and there is no upgrade download until the final version is released, so is not possible to upgrade FF 3.0 to FF 4.0 until is released.

What there is now is just to have beta FF 4.0 wh ere if you own FF 3.0 you can request a beta key and use it until is released the final version.
