Really nice and totally diggin it! We need some sort of interpolate/smooth function or something in the loop though. smile:?:

You're probably talking about visible contours/steps/iterations. If so, they could be broken down / replaced by noise via what I call a "stochastic loop", for the lack of a better name. Basically, it's a new kind of loop (or an option somewhere in the existing Loop component) where the iteration variable is randomized, and each iteration is evaluated multiple times and the results of these evaluations are averaged together.

(It haven't fully clicked yet so don't hold your breath).

Two loops, one for the rings, one for the star. The latter adds together multiple five-pointed stars with randomized color, radius, rotation and squash:

Yep, those contours per iteration.

Sounds interesting and complex. Still breathing. smile:)

It's time to revive the Beta Gallery.

I am really impressed at the new greenified ports. For starters you can do weird stuff... like have an image with many blend modes.

Utilizing the bomber plus, checkers with green-ified parts lets me randomize stuff on a per particle basis like never before. This is really crazy stuff here.

Waves!

This is clearly doable with earlier versions but FF7 makes it way easier.

So because I can control even more attributes, making a gajillion designs really quickly is easier.

I wish it could be known how you can make these kind of things, but I suposse and think that this is something that is your own personal thing and want to keep it secret and of course I understand it very well.

I really do NOT want to make anything similar to what you do and show here, I just want to know what new greenified components are you using and how do you combine them.

I really not interested to reproduce and make this kind of patterns just know how do you make to make them random in that amazing way

Did you check out the examples I gave you in an earlier post made about a month ago? I wasn't really sure if you understood them in the end. I tried to make them kinda clear cut but if you have trouble with those please let me know. They're extremely foundational to how I do some of the stuff you see here.

On that note here's another random thing I've made.

The trickiest part? Getting the line weight to behave. THAT was annoying since FilterForge doesn't offer many tools to do that.

I had this ideal a couple of FF versions back but it was not a speedy process...With FF7 its a whole lot faster so its gonna be the next submitted filter... smile:)
Just need to work on it some more as far as what features and controls..etc..

Its similar to this One
Where the loop is located in the newest one it processes many images instead of just one image....

First off loving the new Mp4 option for animations in FF 12 beta. I was just curious I know I am a bit of a dunderhead but is there a place I could read the other enhancements in 12 ?

I have two filters ready to add to the filter forge Library. One is an improvement on a previous submission and the other is a new filter entirely. I have been using my animations I create with FF12 in my animation art for a local festival called the Public Eye Soar. Thank you again for making a great product.
