Crapadilla: Not bashing anybody, was just saying that it would be nice if you would just mention where it was from.. The way you wrote it was like you designed it.. Sure, i understand that you made it in FF, but it still looks exactly like the original.. But never mind, just my oppinion..

That "Cute Planetoid" is pretty good, Dilla..... smile8)

The first thing that popped into my mind when I saw it.....the style of graphics would be great for childrens' books.....like filters to create different landscapes like that with trees and rocks (without the sphere).....and filters to create characters, houses, and different things in the same style.....layer in PS.....add text.....etc.....

Well, I'm probably going to get rid of the rather boring 'garden' theme and go for something more interesting... ice cream mountains, cookie crumble wastelands, cheese craters, you get the drift... smile;)

nice rock, red, but the parts with the grain look sharp while the smooth tops look blurred, so it seems a bit odd.

ben, is that tire with hub totally FF or were you just using that image to show lighting?

that is stellar, ben!

it does have one problem, though. look at your lugs. the shadows radiate outwards from each one as if there was a light source right in the middle, but the rim/wheel/hub shows a light from the top-front which shadows the upper part of the rim thus giving an inconsistent light scheme.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Thank you very much, I did finally figured out how to get to colorizes with making it look so faded. Right now it is not very good for using the randomizer.

Good morning Everyone,

Red,

Sorry I forgot to comment on your rock, they are looking very good!

MysticBlueRaven,

I like the look of your lace, very realistic, maybe a touch of color as an option.

Carl,

I reallly like the mud & puddles! Is that the name? Great look!

Well,...
got to get ready for work, (sigh)... smile:eek:

It's funny, because those aren't (or shouldn't be!) shadows, and I've not figured out what's causing them yet either lol.

MysticBlueRaven, that lace looks really good! smile:)

Carl, the mud is disgusting, well done smile:D Better keep that away from Mystic's lace smile:p

lovely lace, lynn smile:)

looks like industrial waste, carl, or maybe industrial waste dumped on mud. very cool smile:)

ben, well, it's no doubt a surface filter, yes? so, maybe rotate the lighting environment and see what happens?

I took a look at it and it turns out it's the reflective occlusion. It's because the hub generally as an inward slant so it's kind of reflecting the bolts. I have the height on pretty high so the reflection looks better but that's the side effect.

Sorry it took so long to reply back, my monitor died and I had to dig out on old one out, till I get my new one. The lace does have an color option. Here is the 1st preset in red. I have it set on a black back ground so it will show up better.

My grass filter has reached yet higher levels (and much higher rendering times smile:| ).
I actually took two other bomber-using filters of mine, a moss and a soil one, and combined them as the background to the grass.

This is what the moss is supposed to look like. It's actually a surface filter, which is why it looks funny when put in my non-surface grass filter. (and the rendering time is still less than half of that of the grass filter...go figure)

Thanks Ronjonnie!
