Why FF inc. publish an unusable beta3 on friday and blocks beta2 ?

I know that Filter Forge (FF) team have been working hard and with great effort to be able to get the Beta 3.0 stage 3 out, BUT I think that the release have been wrong in some things

Of course, that a beta is not a fully working and error free version, BUT AT LEAST Beta version 2 was working right and now you are forced to upgrade to Beta 3 that DOES NOT WORK and released on friday just before weekend when the FF team are not working.

Please, I would like to know the answer to some questions I have

1 - Why release it on friday and then on the full weekend after there is NO support from any of the moderators or FF team ? Why did not wait until monday and that the FFteam would be able to help and give support if something bad happens?

At least they could have told that on friday the new beta would be released and you could know to make any backup work you have pending and be able to finish it BEFORE friday so if something would happen with the new beta you will not be blocked and with unfinished projects for a WHOLE weeekend and do not know if it will be solved on monday.

And if they release the beat ON FRIDAY there should be someone from FF that verifies and check that the beta is working and should at least be here at least one day to see that the beta IS WORKING and do not leave all FF users without nothing all the weekend

HAVE THE FF TESTED 100% the beta 3 and was working at least in the same point like Beta 2 ? Did they upload an corrupted or wrong version ?

2 - I imagine and think that the FF team must have tested the released file of Beta 3.0 version 3 and should be sure that it WORKS AND IS USABLE ! So how is possible that they have released a very bad version that crashes when you try to do something and can´t even load any image or choose any other built-in preview ?

WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE PRESS RELEASE NEWS - DOES IT NOT GIVE A BAD IMPRESSION ?AND BAD REPUTATION TO THE FF COMPANY

3 - If they have released the press news of the released new version and sent it to others important and influencial people, what will they think about the new version that works so bad and crashes so much. Will they have a good opinion ?

THE NEW BETA 3 BLOCKS BETA 2 AND LEAVES YOU WITH NOTHING

HOW CAN YOU KEEP TRUSTING WHEN THEY ARE ABLE TO RELEASE A NON WORKING BETA LIKE THIS ?

4 - And worse of all is that they released a new beta version that DOES NOT WORK and blocked the use of the Beta 2 that was really working right and was usable and leave all the persons that was working with Beta 3 THE WHOLE WEEKEND without beta 3 and NO support after releasing this bad version ?

5 - How is possible that they have not tested the Beta 3 version before blocking version 2 and leave all without it ? Did they upload a wrong file, or what has happened ? Why release it if they are not 100% sure that this is a working version and do not crash SO MUCH when doing nearly anything image related ?

I hope that they can solve the problem soon and get the real and working version on monday OR unblock version 2 to continue working with it.

I hope and wish also that when they are going to release the final commercial version they will be sure 100% that is really 100% tested and working and is better to wait until is in good working condition than release it in a buggy working version.
