Will there be a DVD of Filter Forge 3.0 with filters library backup?

Hello,

When I bought Filter Forge 1.0 Professional I ordered the phisical DVD with a backup copy of all the filters that have been published until the DVD was made.

Then when buying the upgrade to FF 2.0 I did not buy the DVD with the backup as in the first version.

And now with FF 3.0 I am thinking to buy again the upgrade WITH the backup library in the DVD.

I suposse that there will be a DVD version of FF 3.0 with and without the backup of filter library.

So, my questions are:

When will be possible to preorder this DVD version with the filter library ? I mean to be able to get a discount offer before it is released ?

I am NOT asking for a specific and exact date, I mean if it will available to preorder at least one month before the final version will be released ? Or will be earlier ?

If it will be released aproximately in Autumm, I suposse that preorder would be around August/september, or perhaps could be preorder earlier without knowing when is going to be released.
