Several thing don't work the way they should.
The first start of Filterforge 3 is slow because it imports all filters fr om version 2 but the following starts are slower than the one of filter forge 2.
steps : download all current filters on filterforge 2 with old library browser.
start filter forge 2, takes about 10 sec
start filter forge 3 twice (one for import, the other to compare)
result : filter forge 3 takes more than a minute wh ere it should be faster than filter forge 2.
