totte, yes, each preset can have its own imported images. i tested that last night and it works great! you could have 20 presets and each of them could link to different images. very slick! you can also use the new resident images and vary those any way you wish, preset to preset. it's very versatile! the only caveat is that you wont be able to submit filters that use imported images into the library. you'll have to reset all of those type images to the resident images... i think. there may be one other option there, like setting to no image or something, but the point is that you wont be able to submit your filters if they use external, imported images. you'll have to change them before submitting.

@tiger:With the terminal you know it will work, sometimes Finder fails setting permissions down a hierarchy, don't know why but it does.
