Filter Forge - Internal error: cannot access 64-bit registry keys

GMM Moderator Filter Forge, Inc Posts: 3491	Has anyone seen this error message when installing the beta version? It is not critical, you can just click Ok and continue installation. I am the only one in the team who sees this dialog box, and the testers say my machine is cursed Can someone reproduce it? I'm running 32-bit Windows 8.1, the bitness seems to be important.

Rod_D have you seen my eraser? Posts: 222 Filters: 3	I do not have a windows 32 bit platform any longer. Other than of course the 32 bit program folder which comes with windows 64 bit. Otherwise i couldn't run FF at all because it is a 32 bit program.This is my concern with FF not writing a 64 bit version. Microsoft has stated that windows 10 is the last platform they will release and if it is 64 bit only than there will be a problem running 32 bit programs. Most likely they will still have the 86 folder for 32 bit programs but... who knows maybe it won't. Rod
