OK I installed beta 2, it found all my photoshops and I installed it for all of them and standalone, but it won't run at all and locks up cs4 completely. I have comodo firewall, but I set that to allow it to run. Any suggestions?

This is definitely caused by a "security" software, most probably your Comodo firewall. Please make sure you've completed these steps to disable it.
