Bug: Installing to default folder is corrupt (OSX)

Installing on a MAC 10.8.2 with an administrator account and default settings (installs to /Applications) results in an unusable installation because wrong rights have been assigned to the folder:

user should be either "root" : "wheel" or <username> : "admin"

Bug list has been checked, this was not present at the time of writing.

This is how the old version of the Apple installer behaves. This is known since FF2, we're thinking of switching to a third-party installer.
