I believe I have installed the pro version 2, which I purchased. But when FF is open, I cannot find the "about FF" menu item. I'm using FF both as a stand alone app and from within PS5 in 64 bit. I believe PS is in 64 bit mode because it is using 7 gigs of Ram, something only possible in 64 bits. My issue is that FF is crashing when I have larger images open, and when I reduce the image to 6 megs the filter works, but it is buggy, and incredible slow.

It is very frustrating because I know the potential, but as is this is just a frustrating mess. Am I alone?

How do I know what version I have installed? ( I know it sounds stupid, but I just don't see it)

FF 2 is in a folder in my apps folder as in "Filter Forge 2"

I also don't see anywhere on the website the usual "help" section with faqs and info to help on install issues etc.

Again, a fantastic concept, with what seems very little to help us navigate how to use, optimize, and solve issues.

I believe I should explain when I mean "what version" I mean what version of FF as in basic, standard, or pro.
