The plugin installer don't look for elements. Is there a way for a manual install?

There's an unofficial way: put an entire copy of Filter Forge folder into the Elemnts Plug-ins folder.

A symbolic link also works:

sudo ln -s /Applications/Filter\ Forge/ "Filter Forge"

From the command line, in /Applications/Adobe Photoshop Elements 6/Plug-Ins

This is Unix after all.... smile:)

Addendum:

Works as in: it opens Filter Forge with the correct layer.

The rendering is however extremly slow or not functioning at all (does not update/reopen elements) / Elements hang.

Using ver. 1.015, Leopard on a MacBook Pro.

I have photoshop elements 2019 and when I go to install the plugin it isn't in the file? How do I get it so I can use it with my elements?
