I have now submitted the same new filter twice, don't know if it was rejected the first time. So I resubmited it earlier today. I just tried to submit it again and it did not "bounce" it for already being in the queue, so I've attached it here. I've been submitting it from FF7.

For the moment, it appears that the usual code to check to see if a filter is already in submit queue is not working, FF7 allowed me to submit the same filter twice. Usually FF checks to see if something is in the queue. Don't know if I timed something just "right" or if there is an actual issue. End of story the filter is in, sorry to have bothered staff.
