Installed FF6 Plug in into PS plugin folder. Appears in menu but when FF is selected get the following:
"Could not complete the FF6 command because of a program error."
Others getting this to work in PS CC2017?

Does FF work correctly for you in the standalone mode?

I'm assuming the plug in works with PSD files that have layers. Is this correct?

Somehow the plugin was installed incorrectly (or with wrong permissions). Please navigate to Applications > Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 > Plug-Ins > Filters, delete the Filter Forge 6 folder, then reinstall FF from scratch.

Hmm. I didn't actually see an installer for the plug in. It was found in the FF folder. I dragged it to the PS plug ins folder. Is this not correct? Thank you.

You should only copy files manually when other means of installation fail.
Please delete Applications > Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 > Plug-Ins > Filters > Filter Forge 6
and reinstall Filter forge.
