Seems that the user interface for filter forge is loading on a phantom desktop somewhere in the ether. I though perhaps it was loading on a "second display," so I attached a flat panel to my mac book pro, but it still did not appear. I know it is running, because when I use Expose to show all windows, the ui flies in from whatever purgatory it was sent to. As it is, all I can see is my photoshop document in its PS window and a clever little beach ball icon. Please advise.

Forgot the details: Filter Forge 4.0.. PS CS4... Mavericks 10.9.4.
