Can't turn off zoom

I just updated today and am having trouble with the zoom. I can't turn it off.

I'm using a tablet and every time I move my stylus without touching anything, the image zooms in again even thought I have the hand selected and not the magnifying glass. It's pretty much bonkers.

Any ideas? Thank you!

BTW, Mac OS 10.9.2 and FF 4.010 pro.
