I am using FF4. For some reason, I cannot add any filter to Favorites. The "Add to Favorites" menu item under the Filter menu is grayed out.
Never had this problem in the previous versions.

I suppose you're trying to add a category or a custom folder to favorites. This is not supported.

No, I'm trying to add a filter to the favorites. It works in the previous versions, but not in version 4. I've done this many times before in the older versions.

And here is a screenshot of Filter Forge 3. Notice the Filter menu on both of them, and how "Add to Favorites" is greyed out in V. 4, and accessible in V. 3.  |

Ann is correct, it is greyed out in my program too. (V.4)
Ann you can work around this by clicking and holding onto the filter you want to add to favorites and drag it to the favorites folder and it will drop a copy in your favorites folder.

I have checked it myself and is true that in the top menu the "Add to favorites" is grayed out BUT, you can instead :
1 - Click over the thumbnail of the filter and with the right mouse button open the contect menu and the "Add to favorites" is active
2 - clicking and holding onto the filter you want to add to favorites and drag it to the favorites folder and it will drop a copy in your favorites folder (as Mardar have already said above)

Ann, thanks for the detailed info. Yes, I confirm this issue, should be fixed in the next program update. If you want a point for finding the bug you can copy your post to the Beta 4.0 forum.
