I just created an account so I can upload filters to the website, but when I try logging into my account via the filter Submit Wizard it fails and says:
Authorization failed. Please check your login and password and try again. There is nothing wrong with the filter itself. No errors or warnings. My user name and password works fine on the Filter Forge website. As far as I can tell it's nothing I'm doing wrong. I am able to download filters from the website without any problem. Anyone having the same issue? |

I do not have to log when I upload filters because my username is always and already written in the submit wizard. The first time I used the submit wizard, I just had to write my username for the first time. After that, we do not have to enter it again. So as it is your first time, if you cannot submit and you have written your username, just try again and delete your username and rewrite it. If after 2-3 times you try and it is not correct, well I think that you must send an email to the FF support.

Thank you both for your quick responses! I tried your suggestion GMM. I made a shorter login name and also changed my password. I don't know which of the two was the culprit, but I was able to upload my filter, yay!!! Thank you both so much

Is this a problem with older versions of Filter Forge? I'm trying with v4 and having no luck, and the error is simply that some function name (submit() I think) failed. :/

I wondered if it was non-alphanumeric characters in the password and tried simplifying my password, BTW. No luck.
