This must be one of the most poorly supported products on the market. It has great potential but there is a real "attitude" problem with the support staff, who simply ignore email. A through read of the "support forum" substantiates the lack of timely and meaningful support.

I have yet to get a version of this program to run or run properly and all requests for support have been ignored.

Save your money!

My comments go back over several months. My requests for support have been simply ignored. My last one was a question about whether or not I could de-install my previous version prior to upgrading to the current one. Seems pretty straight forward to me. I lose nothing by the de-installation as it never worked in the first place and support just ignored by repeated requests for help.

Ahh..I see....and yes you can deinstall...It always a good idea to backup your library before doing so..Just in case.. smile;) smile:)
