I'm not a Mac user and would appreciate a detailed description rather than an obscure screenshot.

Targos, this is a permissions error, more like a problem caused by how things are setup in your system. (I think.) You just have to click on the folder as you have done already, and hit command+i to bring up "info" window. Once inside, at the very bottom you should see a small lock icon, press that and it'll prompt you for your password. The next step is to look at your permissions tab by hitting the little triangle button. NOW, Change YOUR permission (as admin or whatever you are listed in your system) to read and write. That should solve your problem. ALSO to make sure your permissions work beyond that folder, at the very bottom of the entire "info" window there should be a pulldown tab with a gear logo on it. (This is next to the plus and minus button.) Find the menu item: Apply to enclosed items... and that will apply the same "read and write" privileges to all folders within.

This works with most problems related to that. If this doesn't solve the problem there are other methods but I'm sure this will.
