Filter Forge - UI Enhancement Request: Popup menu should appear on MouseDown

opw Posts: 16	The disclosure triangle in the presets should show its popup menu on mouse down, rather than waiting for mouse up. However, if the user's mouse button does come up and the cursor is not within the bounds of the menu, it should disappear. If the user simply clicks (mouse down followed by mouse up) on the disclosure triangle, the behavior should remain as it does now. These modifications will add to the polish of Filter Forge, helping it fit in with other Mac apps.
