I purchased FF 4 last year and after trying to use it on my Mac found it so incredibly slow and buggy that I gave up. Now I find that the standalone opens but there is no interface and the Plugin causes photoshop to "not respond" and I have to force quit.
I have many many very powerful applications and plugins on my mac but none ever behave so erratically except this one.
Can someone please help.

Graphics AMD Radeon HD 6750M 1024 MB

Photoshop CC 2014

Actually same story here. Since FF3 I've kinda been very patient with the program but unfortunately, it's been known to be unstable compared to many other programs I own and use regularly. I still use FF regularly, but in some ways the stability has been a major hinderance to me using it on a actual production. This probably goes for the Mac version of FF. So as much as I'm excited about the new version coming up, but I'm not pleased with the crashy program in general.

Not sure how to help at all, I can't be sending all these crash reports that occur each time I do something I don't know.

Bettybop, you should try using FF standalone which that way you wouldn't have to force quit both Photoshop and FF.
