Filter Forge - License Key Invalid Format

Costello Posts: 5	I received a disc copy of FF 4.0 and installed it. When trying to enter the provided license key, it tells me: license key invalid format. I have tried entering it both with and without dashes. Any help would be appreciated.

Costello Posts: 5	I am using a Mac, though I don't know if it's a Mac issue per se. I am running OS X 10.9. I received FF 3.0 the same way and had no problem.

GMM Moderator Filter Forge, Inc Posts: 3491	Costello, license keys for the Mac version have 5 groups of 5 characters - do you have a 25-character key? Please make sure you are not trying to enter the 4.0 license key into a beta or into FF 3.0.
