I'm not the only one having trouble. There are at least 3 long threads on this matter that your company has failed to comment on. Fix the friggin' installer and help us. You don't communicate, ignore us and offer no help at all. You collect our money and do nothing else. This plugin ain't cheap. Get your act together or you will lose a customer for the next version.

It would help much if you tell WHAT kind of problems are you having, and what is what should be fixed, and would be useful probably to put here links to Which ones are these 3 long threads.
So this way I think it would be much easier to get what you want. |

Also give some info on your computer:
Windows \ Mac x32 \ x64 win7 \ vista \ XP Do you use any protection software such as Comodo Firewall? What error message (if any) do you get? |

I think that this is already answered looking up at the Title and is not PC Home > Forums > Bugs and Problems (Mac) > So what would be important them is what MACoS version you are using: Snow Leopard, Lion ??? Any other ? |

Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended
Mac OS X Version 10.7.3 iMac 21.5-inch, Mid 2010 Processor 3.6 GHz Intel Core i5 Memory 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 Graphics ATI Radeon HD 5670 512 MB The problem is having to drag the entire Filter Forge 3 application folder into the Photoshop plugins folder to get it to work. Another problem is Filter Forge 2 no longer able to download filters from the Filter Library. Yes I saw the sticky. No it doesn't work. I did finally get FF3 to work but it was a hassle and the solution is a kludge. I don't want to go through this again with the next revision of major update. The installer should work without all this nonsense.
