I didn't know that you could sell seamless textures online until this whole EULA debate/conversation came about and being a teacher any way to make a supplementary income is intriguing. Asking this question I have no intention of ripping others filters off, but ask it with the idea that I can use my limited skills to make limited amounts of money. So here is the question: what are some good clean website one could sell textures on? What do you generally need to do in order to sell graphics online? I have a few filters I have been working on that I think I could start selling and then with the EULA modifications I could submit to FF. If this is an inappropriate inquiry simply ignore this post, otherwise I would be delighted for some further light on the subject.

Thanks all,

Red, contact Fred and check out his site (Sign Guy from the EULA threads). You could also go to Renderosity which is very popular.....

You could also start your own website and sell them.....some simple ones are offered for free to about $10.00 per month.....or if you want everything already set up for you (paypal, credit cards, etc.), you can purchase a website storefront for about $40 - $100 per month depending on how elaborate you want to go with it.....

I'm really hoping that after FF gets the new EULA into place, they use it to create a royalty-based storefront program where authors can create and sell their own texture packages (with result copyrights) from their filters. I would personally use something like this as a further reward level incentive here..... smile:devil:

If FF was to ever go with royalty-based texture storefronts, I would be the first to immediately dump......errr......gently submit with tender loving care smile:D about 150 quality texture filters from my own private stock..... smile:devil:
