Filter Forge - I can't upload an avatar

angelize angelize Posts: 123 Filters: 17	Hi I'm fairly new here so perhaps I'm doing something wrong but I can't seem to add an image for an avatar. In the manage account settings page I keep getting an internal error that says my profile was unable to be updated.
