So far I have been completely off on the words Wacom, Bézier, Fresnel and Euler. The pros and cons of being self-taught. smile:(

It's not stories, it's magazine, newspaper articles, speeches, media releases, product descriptions, copy writing ads umm that sort of stuff and Editoring Magazines and Newsletters, she is a stickler for spelling, grammar, and I spell like a dyslexic artist with a speech impediment [ thank spell check ] - it's said you write like you speak, I've had comments in the forum of not having a clue what I'm talking about, you probly have said it, so I do make an effort to be understandable, it doesn't work all the time " Steve - in English man " LOL smile;) smile:)

I'm moving to a new phase. I am not saying that I know everything I need to know about rigging and character setup but I have learned a lot and feel like it's time to move on - it was the part I wanted to do least so I did it first. This new phase is modeling – something I have really been looking forward to.

It came highly recommended by users in a 3d forum (cgtalk). So I just jumped in head first. That's usually the way I do things. smile:(

It comes as a bunch of DVDs. The rigging DVDs I just just worked through were in the form of Quicktime movies and a lot of supplemental files - mostly in the form of PDFs but also maya scene and mel files.

Yes, it's not perfect. I don't think it is a single feature, if I look at each feature individually they each look a little off, so it may be a systematic mistake the artist is making. I notice though that even reality begins to look fake if I stare at parts of it long enough.
I like the subsurface scattering he is getting in her ear.

The full package is between 6,000 and 8,500usd depending on the network capabilities. I don't know about you but that is a little high. smile:cry: However, I can take a class at the local school in Photoshop which will qualify me for the student version for around 300usd - hey, they set it up that way. I think the student version has an expiration date but no watermark. Maybe I can leverage to gain access to the full version before it expires. smile:| Anyway, I try not to think about that. smile:)

Nice exposure - excellent blues. Did you shoot it manual? What did you do in post? What did you use for sharpening? I wonder when the halos around the rails came in?

Manual exposure/ auto focus - the afternoon light at this time of year is excellent giving rich tones and excellent deep blue skys [ while summer light is harsh and wash everything out, very pale skys ] - this is straight out of the camera no post work - the halos came from reducing size and quality to post [ original size 3888 x 2592 ] there is none on the original smile;)
