I broke out the booze tonight, something I rarely do anymore, in order to celebrate the torch being passed to my generation. Of course, Obama still has to make it through McCain but compared to the Clinton machine that will be a cakewalk.

Are you working on an update for your kiss filter? Usually after I post I notice things, some small and some glaring, that I need to fix. It looks like you really took the time to put the finishing touches on this one before submitting. I always get excited and submit too soon.

me too or get sick of it, this one I didn't and rebuilt it three times [ got hundreds of variation that need deleting [ save new ones constantly under new number to avoid loosing it  and ofen go back to an earlier version when it all goes wrong ] it still not exactly how I want but won't change it now - in the final version I left out an opacity cotrol by mistake so have already updated [ new version in todays ] enough said about it |

I remember how tough it was starting out. The slider remapping had me totally baffled for days. And the surface maps - don't even get me started on the surface maps. It was months before I learned how important the saturation slider is. @ronviers |

only teasing, she get letter addressed Mr Zerin ..... and a multitude of variations people seem to have trouble with it - I tell people its Erin with a Z at the front
Oh me too my first filters were rubbish [ some say the middle and latest as well LOL ] I didn't even realize I could reorganise the order of the controls  I still don't understand thing like uber sphinx dilla ect or you for that matter |

Dearest of all, yes, I am serious. I didn't know that it can be done. I have a number of filters that are quite messy because the different sliders are all scattered. I would like to know how to do it so I can clean them up, please. Ron...being serious is very serious business and I seriously am not sure that I can be more serious when I am being serious. LMAO when you have the filter editor open go to the filter tab and there is an option for Order of Controls , open and change to Custom, select the slider you want to move and use the up/down control and walla

Greetings Ron and thanks for your help. Yes I had changed the preset to the one I had wanted but it wasn't the one that appeared on the recent filter page and I do not know why
Sometimes my end result on FF should be the one that appears in the library but I have had that happen to a few of my filters and I don't understand how that happens  "Its a far better thing"

I have updated my filter 'Alien Designs' and have added colour controls
I'm getting used to using FF and have been checking out other filters and see how they work. It is all a learning process and it is great to see others creative works "Its a far better thing"

I'm the same way. There are also a lot of things I do not know what does. Anti Aliasing? What does that do? 
Look at you go! You're really getting this figured out fast.
Don't forget to check out the snippets - they were made for either teaching for ff enhancements.

Good morning Ron and cheers for that! How are you? I'm still finding my way round it and am learning as I go along, what does what. I have recently added a new filter'Metal Reflectives'...but the presets are different to the ones I have made. It is odd the way they have turned out but I will have to make changes with it till I'm happy with the end submitted result in the library
I was trying having fun with variation controls and one of the results was nice "Its a far better thing"
