Hi, all you animal lovers.

This is pretty simple... The Animal Rescue Site is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily to meet their quota of getting free food donated every day to abused and neglected animals.
It takes less than a minute (How about 20 seconds) to go to their site and click on the purple box 'fund food for animals' for free. This doesn't cost you a thing and there is no commitment to buy from the sponsors. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate food to abandoned/neglected animals in exchange for advertising.

Here's the web site! Thankyou

I have come across a few charity sites that are similar with the click to donate etc, although this was awhile ago, and they didn't have the reminder thing. I have a bad habit and forget to do things like that specially if I log on and have stuff on my mind.

Ditto, just so I don't forget which I most likely would. Not intentionally but due to having to many things on my mind when I log online.

added the link for it to my web page am building, kinda not much on there yet part from that link and a message saying the site is being constructed smile:D

Cool, that's how we got our first cat, became his 5th owners when he was 4 months old.

Sad thing was he died at about 10 years old from kidney failure Vets said the condition would have been something he had for years and probably from when he was a kitten smile:(

smile:cry: Still miss him, he was such a character.

necessity was the biggest factor. my health took a serious nose-dive in march. so, it was pretty much quit or die. but, even with that motivation, i still had to rely on what is called a 'drug bomb'. this 'bomb' is a large dose of specific vitamins taken four times a day. this reduced my cravings about in half and that was manageable. i'm down to about half that amount now and most of the serious cravings are gone. but, every once in a while... and i go take another drug bomb smile:)

the 'bomb' was developed by Ron Hubbard in trying to alleviate withdrawal symtoms in drug addicts. and whereas i'm not a 'drug addict' per se, i did smoke for 40 years or more.

As far as I'm concerned, anyone can believe in any religion they want.....just so long as they don't try to push it on me..... smile;) smile:)

I'm an animal lover.....but just went through hell babysitting some cats that weren't fixed.....now I know why Bob Barker was screaming about it all these years..... smile;) smile:)

Ditto to that Steve. Nothing worse than being force fed religion smile:(.
Mind they stopped knocking on my front door years back trying to force religion on me.. I have a plan! smile;) smile:D I just bamboozle them with different conflicting information about the said religion and they go away totally confused, possibly questioning their choice of religion.. *coughs* naughty me, but then I didn't ask them to knock on my door.

yeps, that's one major issue with pet owners. All our cats got done as soon as we possibly could get them snipped, etc. Wasn't like we was planning on breeding with them or anything, all was moggies and one with born health conditions which would have been bad of us if we had let that cat breed full stop. She was an ex-ferral kitten and all the interbreeding with them, turned out she had a bone missing from her back leg.

Definitely.....

I think the bigger problem is responsible parents.....some people just shouldn't be allowed to have or be anywhere near children.....but what are ya gonna do..... smile:|

LOL..... I just did something very similar to some Mormons who came to my door.....I lectured them on how all religions are man-made with absolutely no divine intervention.....impossible for the world to be created in seven days like that.....no possible way for noah to get predators and domesticated animals together on the arc.....not even a remote clue about dinosaurs.....more people have died for the sake of religion than all wars combined, etc, etc, etc..... smile;)

If I had to choose a religion that's closest to the truth of things, I would say L. Ron Hubbard and his Church of Scientology.....only because of his opinions on n-grams forming who and how people are from childhood experiences.....a perspective on psychology that I happen to agree with.....

I've always liked those "Mormon Church of the latter day Saints" TV snippets about parents doing the right thing by their children.....tear-jerkers..... smile:)

Um not seen them ones, we normally get the Jesus adds for the latter day Saints, or stuff like that. A good one is to point out the strange coincidences between very old religions and the newer ones, a lot of the pamphlet basher's are flumxed when you tell them to consider things like that smile:D. They don't like to consider that the said religion they are spouting on about absorbed other religions. Well either that or they are oblivious and brainwashed not to ask questions.

----I always point out the sameness of the commandments and the laws of the ruling class (meant only to protect their holdings and titles from the peasants) in most any society that even has a written religious doctrine. I get a lot of blank stares after that, but it shuts them up usually. No one wants to admit their favorite fairly tale isn't real, but they could at least stay in the closet and be delusional quietly.
