I have found this on Pinterest that looks really cool and well done, they give a great animated effect and optical illusion with mainly black and white stripes

USE THEM AS A MASK FOR FILTER FORGE

Apart from the cool and beautiful effect, I thought that they can be also used as mask or selection for applying FF effects to images, because you can take a screenshot of the original first frame that is still or take screenshots while it is moving
